Our graduation ceremony will take place on Wednesday, June 26th, 2024 after students have completed their final exams.

Grad Fees:
The $50.00 non-refundable mandatory grad fee (which covers cap & gown) has been applied to your student(s) accounts as of today.
- The deadline to pay for this is: Wednesday, April 17, 2024
- A reminder email will go out on April 2, 8, and 15.
- No grad fee purchase = no gown = cannot walk across the stage
MESC Covers this Fee:
If the graduating student’s address was listed as “on-reserve” in our database as of September 30th, 2023 - then they are covered by MESC for select school fees.
ALL MESC STUDENTS' GRAD FEES HAVE BEEN PAID FOR. If the fee is on your account, you are not a part of this school-year MESC list.
Ceremony Tickets (separate from grad fees):
- Available to purchase online & in-person from April 29 - June 7.
- It will be a form on Parent Portal, payment must be made to secure your tickets.
- Each graduate's family is reserved 4 seats to purchase.
- Reserved tickets are available to purchase until June 7, 2024.
- Any tickets that are not paid for by June 7, will be sold as extra tickets on a first-come first-serve basis (communication will be sent out).
- MESC does NOT cover ceremony tickets.
How to Pay Fees & Fill Out Forms Online:
- Click the Parent Portal link provided
- You cannot access forms & fees on the app, you must sign on through an internet browser.
- Once signed in, navigate to "School Fees & Forms" on the menu list
- Under the tab "Due Now"
- You can see any forms assigned to your student under "New Items", please fill them out.
- You can also see any fees assigned to your student. You can choose to pay some or all fees.
- You then must click your shopping cart at the top right corner to confirm items and complete payment.
