Parent Portal log in Issues
For those of you who have been experiencing issues logging into the Parent Portal, we reached out for assistance. It seems to be mainly on Apple devices. The solution we were given is as below:
For the apple device, can you try:
Apple released a security update a while ago regarding third party sites. Flex is accessed inside PowerSchool but Flex is considered third party since data is on a different server and data accessed via API’s.
There are 2 settings these users need to enable to get things working on IOS devices:
• Prevent Cross-Site Tracking – Off
• Block All Cookies – Off
This should help you reconnect to your PowerSchool!
